With the new year here and nearly one month already completed, I wanted to take a moment to discuss my companies goals for the new year. This year, I want my company and Team to keep our goals in view so we can hold ourselves accountable during this years journey. We suggest you do the same thing! Here’s what 2015 is looking like for the very near future at Andrew Cordle Inc:

When new investors are first starting out, learning how to flip a house can seem overwhelming. Many beginners give up and throw in the towel within the first week because they cannot even figure out where to start when they’ve never been taught properly. I will share my methods and systems so that you can understand the flipping process! Take some time in your day or your weekend to listen to my free podcast and expand your library of real estate investing knowledge. All podcasts are recorded for future use by our listeners.

Host a quarterly “Atlanta Investor-only” Meet-up Group –

We will be hosting a quarterly meet-up group for Atlanta-area investors this year. Don’t be one of those “flippers” that merely “talks” about real estate investing yet the only thing you’re buying isn’t houses, it’s a ticket to the next real estate guru who visits your town! Walk the walk. Sell houses. Flip houses. Rehab houses. Get involved! This is one of the reasons that I have always strongly recommended that real estate investors of every experience level attend every Meetup, Eventbrite, or local REIA meeting in their area. Get to know other investors, contractors, and lenders in your area. Rub elbows and networking because as they say, “networking is the lifeblood of business success.” When you meet these wholesalers at these meet-ups, plug their information into your existing database. Always build your database! Keep an eye out for details about our future meet-up group.

Flip 25 Houses in 2015 –

This year, we plan on flipping 25 houses! We are separating ourselves from the rest of the real estate investor “gurus” and magazine publishers who love to talk about their brilliance and real estate investing knowledge, yet they don’t have a property portfolio, they have never done a flip, or are just a wind-bag who talks the talk without walking the walk. Over the course of 12 months, our goal is to flip at least 25 homes…maybe more! And we want you to ride along during our journey, so keep a look out for pictures and information for many of our 2015 flips!
