Andrew Cordle made his first million by the time he was 25. But shortly thereafter, the crash of 2008 brought him to his knees. He went from riches to rags in a matter of months. However, unlike many real estate investors, Andrew never gave up. Humbled and living in his parent’s basement, he promised himself that he would never lose it all again. Andrew took the lessons he had learned during the market crash to redesign his business model and outline a solid new strategy for his future.
