In my honest assessment, hard money bankers are the simplest avenue to access funding for your deal. Inexperienced investors should take note that this is especially important. A hard money banker is a very simple approach for investors of any level of experience. Why? Because hard money bankers are in the business to loan YOU capital! It’s how they profit.

Beginner investors become easily obsessed with finding the least-expensive “private” money, meanwhile, there’s hard money bankers close-by who are in business to loan you, the investor, money! Granted, maybe the lenders terms are not exactly what you prefer but always remember this: don’t step over a dollar to save a dime! Hard money doesn’t necessarily have to be your only source for funding but it should take priority as the easiest way to get funding for your first flip.In this new educational video series, I show investors how hard money loans work and where to locate hard money bankers.
