Flipping Houses: Rehabs Revealed Part 3 – The Bathroom

The upstairs bathroom is located in the hallway on the other side of the kitchen and right next to the three upstairs bedrooms. The shower wall tile was installed at an angle, adding an extra “wow” factor, and not to forget the nice tile we used, which came from the many new tile options now available at Home Depot. The bathroom downstairs was originally just an extra bathroom in the house, but we changed it into the master bathroom, with heated tile floors and an upgraded bathtub with Jacuzzi jets.

The oil-rubbed bronze fixtures really stand out nicely with the warm tile choices throughout all the bathrooms in the house. The dual-flush toilets from Home Depot are give an upgrade to our bathrooms, yet at a lower price. Also, located right next to the master bathroom is a huge walk-in closet with his and hers Martha Stewart closets on both sides.
