Week Three – Bathrooms

The property on Arquilla is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, with a full bathroom on each level. The one upstairs was redone without modifying the layout very much at all. However, the downstairs bath required some significant changes due to an extremely poor original design, as you can see in these pictures.

We often look for ways to add to the wow, without breaking the budget. From time to time, Home Depot carries items called “Special Buys” which include vanities, flooring, tile, and other items, at significantly discounted prices. These vanities look great and were very cost-effective due to their “Special Buy” program.
